About

I'm a program manager with over 15 years of experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs. My career spans corporate technology at Nike EMEA and international development consulting at Mott MacDonald, where I managed portfolios of up to £20M across multiple countries and organizations.

What connects these different worlds is the same core challenge: coordinating large numbers of people, managing dependencies, and keeping delivery on track when things get complicated. Whether it's 49 cross-functional teams delivering a technology rollout or 50+ staff across four partner organizations in a fragile operating environment, the fundamentals are the same.

I'm based in the Netherlands and work as a freelancer (ZZP). I'm always interested in programs where clear coordination and structured delivery can make the difference.
